This year, all students will receive a hardcover yearbook free of charge. Thanks to all our generous donors who make this possible! PTA members will be able to purchase an extra yearbook at cost (purchasing details coming soon).

Every student at Medina Elementary will receive one hardcover yearbook for free. To purchase a second yearbook, please use the form below. You must be a PTA member to access the form:

Yearbook cover contest
It's time for the 2024-2025 Yearbook Cover Contest!!
This year’s theme is The Big Adventure! Design a cover that represents what this means to you, and YOUR ARTWORK could be chosen for the yearbook!
The cover MUST include the following items (cover pages missing these items will not be considered):
- School Name: Medina Elementary
- School Year: 2024-2025
- School Theme: The Big Adventure
Important Guidelines:
- Please use your own drawing materials. You can create your artwork on a blank sheet of computer paper or cardstock in size 8.5 x 11 inches. You can also email us for a PDF template from the vendor.
- Students may only submit ONE piece of artwork for consideration.
- The design must be vertical
- Crayons, markers, paint, water color or colored pencils may be used
- Color in all of the white space on the paper
- Do not fold artwork
- Artwork must be the student’s original artwork, not computer generated, traced or copied.
- Write your name, grade and teacher on the back of the submission
- Submit by November 8th, 2024 to the front office at Medina Elementary - no extensions.
- Past contest winners may submit an entry, but their artwork is not eligible for the front cover (only within the yearbook or on the back cover).
- There will be ONE winner for the front cover.

Class photographers
Each classroom has one or two classroom photographers to take photos of their classroom. Pictures are typically taken when parent volunteers are invited into the classroom, such as during class parties or field trips. If you are interested in being a class photographer, contact your room parent at the beginning of the school year.
