How much is the lunch event? Free! While the lunch is free, there is a hope that attendees will make a donation either at registration or the event to the best they are able. If you are interested in becoming a Leadership Donor, please see more information here. 

What is the lunch format? The theme for the Spring for Schools lunch this year is Movie Premiere. There will be a red carpet to walk with a photo opportunity, a showcase of student and teacher projects that have been funded by BSF, and while lunch is served there will be a movie about the students and educators in BSF sponsored programs. If attending virtually, you will receive a link to watch the presentation and film in a live format.

Why attend? Bellevue Schools Foundation distributes more than $800,000 to Bellevue students and educators that supports a wide variety of programs from mental health, the arts, computer science, culturally-responsive libraries, and much more. How is BSF different than our Medina PTA? Our amazing Medina PTA supports programs and activities at Medina Elementary, such as providing funding for general school assistants (GSAs), technology specialists (Ms. Shafiqa and Ms. Greenberg), STEM night, World Culture Night, Talent Show, and more - all that takes place at Medina Elementary School. BSF supports district-wide programs that will follow your student from elementary school through high school. Can I invite others? Of course! Please encourage your friends and family to attend, either in-person or virtually, to support our BSD students, educators, and community!

 

What is the seating format for lunch? If attending in-person, there will be tables of 10 organized by Table Captain. By marking Medina Elementary as your Table Captain during registration, you will be seated with others from Medina Elementary. All tables for Medina Elementary will be placed next to each other.

 

What should I wear to the lunch? Business casual or smart casual. Please wear whatever makes you feel the most comfortable.
