Medina Picture Day Reminder

Thank you again for signing up Medina Picture Day! We thank you in advance for helping our community follow safety measures. Please read the details below carefully. It is imperative that the strict guidelines are followed and enforced. Our building opening is dependent on this running smoothly. Questions? Before arriving:

  • Complete student health attestation here on the day of your picture day. 
  • Pre-order online: www.mylifetouch.com - Picture Day ID: EVTMF3TDZ. If you preorder and are not happy with the pictures, you will be able to retake your pictures, estimated mid-March. If you don't preorder, you will be charged an extra $5.99 handling and shipping when you place your order after the picture is taken. More details below. 
  • You don't need to bring anything. The photographer just needs your child's name.

When at the school:

  • Parents are to remain in their car the whole time.

  • A PTA volunteer will walk the student back to the pick-up location.

  • Please drive in the main loop and drop their students off at the marked location with a PTA volunteer.

  • Masks must be worn at all times except right when the student's photo is being taken.

  • No restrooms will be available.

Important:

  • Please arrive promptly for your registered timeslot. If early, please wait in your car, and only drive to the main loop when it is your registered time.

  • Please don't be late. The tight schedule prevents accommodation of late arrivals. 

  • Please discuss the procedures with your children before you drop them off so they know what to expect with the drop off, photos, and pick up, as well as keeping their mask on until their photo is taken.

  • If the weather is too adverse to take photos in the outside undercover area, the picture day will be cancelled and we will work with the photographer to reschedule.

 

Two Options for Ordering Pictures:

 

  1. Pre-order Pictures: Families can pre-order picture packages online until about 48 hours after your picture day, when the images are received by the lab for processing. To do this please go to www.my.lifetouch.com and enter our school's Picture Day ID: EVTMF3TDZ 
    1. You do NOT need to bring a copy of your receipt to your child's picture day. The photographer just needs your child's name.
    2. Since this is a pre-order, you will not receive a proof sheet. However, you can decide if you want to retake after you receive your pictures.
    3. We will contact you when the pictures are ready to pick up, about 4 weeks after picture day (estimated mid-March).
  1. Post-Picture Day Ordering: Families will need to wait until processing has been completed and they have received their children's Proof Sheet. Proof sheets are expected to be at the school for pick up by mid-March. 
    1. On the proof sheet is a Portrait ID and Access Code specific to each child and necessary for ordering at that point. This will allow the parent to see their image of their student.
    2. To do this please go to www.my.lifetouch.com and enter your personalized Portrait ID and Access Code from your students proof sheet.
    3. Each order will be charged a shipping and handling fee of $5.99 per package and will be shipped to you.
