Medina Picture Day!

Before arriving: 
·  Sign up for 1 time-slot per family here.

·  Complete photo order form online: www.mylifetouch.com - Picture Day ID: EVTMF3TDZ.

·  You don't need to bring anything on the day of. The only thing students need is their name.

·  Complete student health attestation here on the day of your picture day. 

When at the school:
·  Parents are to remain in their car the whole time.

·  Please drive in the main loop and drop their students off at the marked location with a PTA volunteer.
·  A PTA volunteer will walk the student back to the pick-up location.
·  Masks must be worn at all times except right when the student's photo is being taken.

·  No restrooms will be available.

Important:

·  Please arrive promptly for your registered timeslot. If early, please wait in your car, and only drive to the main loop when it is your registered time.
·  Please don't be late. The tight schedule prevents accommodation of late arrivals.
·  Please discuss the procedures with your children before you drop them off so they know what to expect with the drop off, photos, and pick up, as well as keeping their mask on until their photo is taken.
·  If the weather is too adverse to take photos in the outside undercover area, the picture day will be cancelled and we will work with the photographer to reschedule.

FAQ:
·  Are school pictures required? No. School pictures are not required. However, it is the only way for the district to have a recent photo of your child in our database. You may have your student's photo taken and used for district purposes even if you don't want to purchase any photos.
·  Will there be a retake day? Yes, if you are unhappy with the photo taken, there will be a retake day in March.
·  Is this photo used in the yearbook? Yes, the photos taken at Picture Day will be used in the Yearbook for each student unless you have opted out in Synergy. If you are unable to take a photo at Picture Day, you may submit a personal photo for the yearbook. The PTA will send details regarding personal photos in the yearbook.
·  Will there be a group/class photo taken this year?  Due to state laws, there will be no group photo this year.
