Mental Health Strategies for Parents during COVID-19
9/15/2020 9:03 am
As parents, we are struggling to balance work, child care and self-care while keeping both your children’s worries and our own under control. You don’t have to do it alone!
Join us on September 24th at 7:00 pm in a Zoom Webinar with Family Therapist Kathleen Goodman to talk about “Mental Health Strategies for Parents during COVID-19”.
Dr. Goodman will be focusing on parent's own social and emotional well-being as we look to support the social and emotional development of our kids during remote learning.
This unique opportunity will provide a 40 minute presentation with a Mental Health expert and an hour to answer all your questions. Please email in advance your questions and request for advice to: advocacy@medinapta.org. All questions will be anonymously addressed by Family Therapist Goodman.
We look forward to connect with you and support each other as a community. Social distancing does not mean being alone. Let’s come together and learn new strategies to cope with our current circumstances.
