Thank you runners!

Our first running route has concluded!

Congrats to all of our runners: Alan (4th grade), Alison (3rd), Bobby (K), Caleb (2nd), Chelsea (2nd), Christian (2nd), Elizabeth (1st), Emily (4th), Erik (4th), Ethan (4th), Evan (3rd), Felix (5th), Ines (4th), Iris (1st), Ivy (3rd), Jane (K), Lili (K), Linus (4th), Max (2nd), Michael (2nd), Michelle (4th), Myra (K), Naomi (4th), Natalie (2nd), Nathaniel (3rd), Sameer (3rd), Sameer (3rd), Selina, Sophia (3rd), Stella (4th), Tessa B (2nd), Tyler (5th), and Yiheng (3rd).

Results

Our runners found three course markers with silly questions. Here are their answers:

1. Would you rather eat donuts or ice cream?

Winner: Ice cream (61%)

I would rather eat ice cream because donuts are too sweet.

- Sophia (3rd Grade)

I’ve eaten a lot of ice cream this summer so I don’t really like it anymore, and also, I haven’t eaten donuts in a long time.

2. Would you rather jump into a pool of jello or chocolate pudding?

Winner: Jello (77%)

I would rather jump into a pool of jello, because it’s bouncy and jello is really good to eat in my opinion.

I don't like chocolate.

- Naomi (4th Grade)

3. Would you rather have a pet dragon or dinosaur?

Winner: Dragon (79%)

Because a dinosaur 🦖 will EAT me and I can’t raise it. But the dragon will not eat me. I can fly on the back of it. Also, I don’t have to be stuck in traffic jams so that’s a relief if I need to go pee.
