Reading Club BOOK SWAP

NEW EVENT: The Reading Club's first ever BOOK SWAP is happening in March. Drop off your used children's books this coming week (March 1st - 5th) in the PTA bin outside the school, sign up next week for a time slot, and join us on Saturday March 13th from 1-4pm to choose some new books to read!

Picture Packages Pickup and Retake Day Signup

• If you have at least one kid in K-2 hybrid classes, the packages of all the children in your family (including older siblings) will come home from school by Thursday this week.
• For the rest, please come pick up at school by front door between 11:30-1:30pm or 3:30-5:30pm, this Wednesday March 3rd. If you can't make it, please contact info@medinapta.org. 
• March 13th, noon-3pm: Retake Day Signup.

World Culture Night This Wednesday!

The Spring edition of virtual World Culture Night is coming this Wednesday, March 3rd, 2021 from 6:30-8:00pm.

There will be over a dozen countries participating so join us for this exciting evening showcasing Medina's diversity and culture. Students will also get a chance to actively participate in through games during the event! More information here.

Runners Club - Spring Season Begins with our RED GLITTER ROUTE!

The spring season of Runners Club is starting up! 

We covered the majority of the Medina attendance area in the fall, so we will expand beyond it in the spring. All routes will stay near where Medina Elementary students live to prevent excess travel time.

The RED GLITTER ROUTE is available starting Thursday, February 25, which takes you into Clyde Hill near the row of schools: Chinook, Bellevue Christian, and Sacred Heart. Find all eight signs and answer their silly questions. When you are finished with your run, please submit your answers here.

Walkathon: Corporate Sponsorship Opportunity

Do you own or know a business that would like an opportunity to promote their logo within local community? We are looking for corporate sponsors willing to donate to our upcoming Medina PTA walkathon April 7th - April 24th, 2021 We need to finalize logos to be displayed on T-shirts by the end of February. Medina Tigers' Kindness Event and Last Day of Donation Collection

Last day of our donation collection! Donate these non-perishable food and other items to help support Bellevue families in need by Feb. 1st at the school.
