Let's stay active this winter season with Runners Club's 30-Day Jumping Jack Challenge! This indoor option lets us stay consistent with our exercise regardless of what the weather may bring.
Complete 30 days of jumping jacks, increasing in number every day! You can follow the suggested chart above or create your own goals. Get more information on the Runners Club page, including jumping jack logs. Completed logs are due February 23, so make sure to get started on this challenge by mid-January.
