Need to get qualified in MIC Champions

Teams. Each student will be responsible to form/join your own team. Each team consists of 4 students. In an effort to keep the Medina teams competitive, the Club recommends teams to be formed within your own level assignments when possible.

Transportation. For all off-site competitions, parents are responsible to transport their kids.

Behavior. All participants are expected to be respectful and cooperative. The coaches can exclude a student from the club meetings (after sufficient warnings) if they feel the student's behavior is disturbing other students.

Dismissal. All students are to be picked up from the outside covered area after each practice at 4:00 pm. Two late picking ups (or one extended late picking up) will result in exclusion of the student.

Attendance. Please notify the club by Monday if you will be absent. Two unexcused absences will result in removal of the student from the club without refund.

Volunteer Requirement. Volunteering is required. There are a few different types of volunteers. Each family must do one or more of the following:

    • Coaches: Teaching classes in Classroom for at least 5 times during the year.
    • Head Coaches: Each classroom needs a head coach to coordinate all coaches of that classroom.
    • Classroom volunteers: Each family must volunteer at least 2 times in classroom throughout the year to help with attendance and organizing the classrooms, so coaches can just focus on teaching math.

Club Fee$120 per student for the whole year. This will cover purchasing math materials for the Club, and pay for most competitions for all Club members. Payment must be received by September 30th, 2017, and no refund after the October 5th, 2017.

Registration for Math Club is now closed.
