Reflections Art Program

 
The Reflections Program is a National PTA and WSPTA cultural arts competition. The purpose is to provide an opportunity for students to use their creative talents by expressing themselves through their own original works.

  

Does your student enjoy creating art?  Did you know that Reflections is a free national art event that is being held at Medina Elementary? This year the theme is:

“What is Your Story?”

Pre-Kindergarten through grade 12 students are encouraged to submit original works of art in one or more of the following categories:
  • Dance Choreography
  • Film Production
  • Literature
  • Musical Composition
  • Photography
  • Visual Arts

Students with disabilities may receive special accommodations by entering the special artist division and are encouraged to enter any category.

It’s easy as 1 - 2 - 3:

    1. Create your piece of art- make sure your art follows the rules
    2. Write about how the theme relates to your art in 100 words or less
    3. Registration form in the office or on the PTA website

Bellevue students have won the state and national competition in this program!!

To Participate, please download the student entry form. Completed Student entry form MUST be submitted along with the entries. Submit Student Entry Form & Artwork to: Reflection Box in school office. Deadline for submittals will be on November 7th, 2016.
