How to access Shared Reports from your account

  1. Log into your medinapta.org account.
  2. Click on the “ Admin” link at the top right hand side

 

  1. Shared Reports are shown in the “View Shared Reports” section in the page.

 

How to send emails to the volunteers on the Shared Report list

  1. Open the Shared Report, for example, the “Library Volunteers” report shown above.

    1. Select the individual(s).
    2. Click on the “Send email” button.
    3. A “Send email” page will appear.
    4. Enter your name in the “From name” box and your email in the “From email address” box (i.e. pta@medinapta.org). Please make sure you use your @medinapta.org email address.  This way it will ensure reply emails going back to you and not webmaster.  Fill in the “Subject” line and the body of your email.  Click “Send” button.

 

How to delete a volunteer signup from your account

  1. Log into your medinapta.org account.
  2. Click on the “ My Account" link at the left hand side.
  3. On your "My Account" page, the volunteer Sign Ups are listed at the bottom of the page.
  4. Click the Delete  icon next to the volunteer sign up you want to remove.
  5. Confirm the delete message and the signup is now removed.
