Presidents' Message

Hello Medina Community,

What a great week to send our little ones to school and still catch the perfect PNW summer weather! We hope everyone had a wonderful first few days of school with their new teacher and classmates. We hope you can all join us at our General Assembly PTA meeting on 9/9 at 8:10 am. in the school cafeteria.

We are looking forward to our annual ice cream social on 9/10 from 5:30-6:30; do not miss it! Also coming up is curriculum night on 9/12 and our Mom's and Dad's nights out at the end of the month. See more on both of these events in the following details below.

Remember there is still time to check out getting tickets to the Sounders Game (here) and club registrations are starting!

Thank you for all you each do to contribute to the mighty spirit of our school and our community. Reach out to us anytime with questions at info@medinapta.org.

Warmly,
Marti Enke and Yan Guo

Ski Bus

Ski Bus registration is just around the corner. Registration will begin Tuesday, October 22 at 9am. More information to come in the next couple weeks, or learn more here. Ski bus dates and pricing are still to be determined. Keep yourself informed and read the BYTE.

IMPORTANT
I am looking for someone to co-chair Ski Bus this year, as this will be my last year at Medina. This person needs to be able to commit to at least 2 years of being the Ski Bus Chair. Although work is involved with Ski Bus, it is a really fun program once all of the initial paperwork, contracts, and information are sent out. It is super fun to be up on the mountain and a great way to spend a winter Wednesday afternoon. Please reach out to me if you are interested, and we can talk in greater detail.

Looking forward to another great ski bus season.
